This week all real-life exercises organised by RESIST Project in Romanian critical infrastructures will be conducted. Thanks to the joint cooperation of the Romanian Cluster PROECO, Vigili del Fuoco, Joint NBC School, IAI, ENEA and Univeristà Tor Vergata and SAFE Foundation, three real-life exercises are set up to be conducted.
On 7th March 2022 the first exercise was held involving 25 infrastructure operators from three different infrastructures: Societatea De Transport Bucuresti (STB), Bucharest Municipal Company Termoenergetica and Dr. Carol Davila Military Hospital. The exercise foresaw the simulation of a CBRN threat in a bus during its routine of daily maintenance and cleaning operations. The coordination of the response was remotely followed by an Operation Control Room set up in Soave (VR), Italy as well as a remote pool of Advisors following the event in real-life.
After the exercise was concluded, a briefing meeting was held to discuss the results and achievements obtained.
