The organization of real-life exercises on response and preparedness for CBRN events continues in Romania.
The 9th of March 2022 marked the second of these exercises, at the Horia Hulubei National Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering.
The 10th of March 2022 was the third and final exercise in Romania, organized at the Tuzla Airport.
All the real-life exercises were set up thanks to the contribution of the Romanian Cluster PROECO, Vigili del Fuoco, SAFE Foundation, Joint NBC School, IAI, ENEA and Univeristà Tor Vergata.
Online coordination followed by Vigili del Fuoco and a pool of Advisors was held in Soave (VR) during the third and final real-life exercise.
The exercises both involved an emergency simulation with the participation of local operators and first responders.
